Lvehicle met an accident in Feb/2009. Vehicle purchased in 2006. On repairing it will cost Rs243000/- when its book value is Rs360000/-.

Will it be a genuine to declare the vehicle as premature condemned on the ground of excessive expenditure on repairing.
