    Good Question. I wonder if they do materialize. Given the proper authority.
    I believe authourity comes from command and the proper use of such power would not be given to those who would abuse it. Perhaps one with a full and balanced ego.
    I would imagine that could only occur after proper use of the will builds character over time. That seems to be where others come in. How can we fulfill the body of Christ without all of it's members? Character building requires all members to come forth with their treasure to fill the pot. This is of course a story about fairies so I thought I would give you a fairy tale answer.
