What home remedies are there for stinky feet?

    when I had smelly feet this is what did it for me.
    1) I washed my feet every day.
    2) I used Ammen's foot powder in my shoes every day...if you wish you can also use spray deoderant/antiperspirant on your feet instead.
    3) I did not wear the same shoes two days in a row.....I gave them time to dry out between each time I wore them, and I changed socks every day.
    4) You also need to check to be sure you do not have a foot fungus...some of which can smell bad and need to be cured.
    5) I actually had to put my gym shoes in the washing machine to eliminate the bacteria in them.

    That fixed it for me....good luck and "sweet feet"!

    Try putting orange peel in smelly trainers over night. (I've never tried this, but it's supposed to work.)

    Anti-bacterial spray or powder in ALL your shoes. Wear leather whenever possible and avoid sneakers, except for working out/running etc. Whenever you do use sports shoes...spray right away and leave in an airy space to dry. Wool or cotton socks...not nylon or man-made fibres as they do not absorb the sweat efficiently. Charcoal insoles (OdorEaters) work really well, too.
    Powder for feet: Gold Bond....good stuff.
