Question

Help answer this question below.

My ex-wife and I were divorced in MI 4 years ago. At the time of our divorce, she was awarded my 401(k). She has yet to take legal action to put it in her name or claim it. Is there a time limit on how long she has to do this?

I dont think so it just waits to be claimed then it may be given to charity after an amount of years.
