No. There is no scientific evidence that tomatoes get rid of acne scars. I would suggest that you see a dermatologist.
I checked the online info on the health benefits of the tomato, it does not appear on to be the list.
Would not vouch for that
But they make excellent tomato sauce for spaghetti

Not tomatoes, no. But one thing proven to lighten scars is vitamin E oil.
