You're reading In Florida, what resources/options do parents of unruly, abusive children have? The child in question will not be 18 until November.

Unfortunately, she has CP, our juvenile system does not have accommodations for physically disabled children. She uses a walker. Other than flat-out sending her to jail there are no juvie homes that can take her. They've tried that :(
It was my thought to have her emancipated and send her on her way to give her a taste of the real world as she seems to think she needs no one. I think the issues of her blatant lack of respect, unwillingness to do for herself and feelings of entitlement would be cured by a harsh dose of reality.
Her mother has kicked her out into her father's care who she promptly threatened with calling the police to file false sexual abuse charges if she was made to live with him. She now lives with her paternal grandmother who cries everyday as she is at her wits end.

You have my sympathy. The best I can suggest is find some volunteer activity that she can do, that is working with people worse off than she is. On particularly bad days, change the menu to foods that she hates to eat for about a week.
