If you mean after a man ejaculates inside a woman, does the semen leak out (usually when you stand or sit up) then although I don't know about every single woman, yes I think so as it happens to me. This is unless the man wears a condom in which case the semen gets trapped and would not enter the vagina in the first place. The terminology you used is incorrect. Semen is only secreted by men, and is a mixture between sperm and other liquids (e.g. lubrication for the sperm). Anyway, I have heard cases of women "leaking" (so to speak) a fluid, and that it is fine and normal. If you still feel worried, a doctor's opinion would do no harm. Actually, I suggest it for peace of mind.

My mother forgot to mention this during our sex talk. As if sex for the first time isn't traumatic enough, I thought my husband must of ruptured some fluid filled organ inside of me and that I was in need of medical attention. My wife and I have found that the amount that leaks out depends on which position she's in when I ejaculate inside of her. If we're in a variation of the missionary position in which her legs are in the air and the entrance of her vagina is essentially straight up in the air (best for the retention of the semen if you're trying to get pregnant) when I cum, not much will leak out if she keeps her hips tilted up (pillow underneath her butt after sex) so that the semen stays pooled around her cervix for as long as possible.
