I live upstairs, this is a two flat. The landlord used to take 100 dollars off a year for the gas bill. Since the hot water goes on my gas bill. There is a family of four downstairs that just moved in and I am one person. Another thing they want us to cut the grass. Just started that a year ago. There is no rental agreement that says we should cut the grass. The other tenant and I did that last year I am thinking I shouldn't since now the new people take up the whole yard and I couldnt use the yard if I wanted to since there kids play in it. Help what do you think should I find a new place?
