Probably not, especially if the hole is out in the floor and not under a load bearing wall, even if it is under a wall you probably got no problem. The leaking pipe may have caused you problems before it was fixed, washing soil out from under the foundation, I hope you checked while the hole was open.If the patch wasn't tied into the existing slab (I presume you're talking about a slab foundation) you may have some sinking or raising of the patch. They should have put in some re-bar and fastened that to re-bar in the slap and some reinforcing wire mesh fastened to the re-bar. If the patch sinks you may be able to patch over it, if it heaves or rises you got more of a problem. I hate slab foundations anyway. When I had a similar problem, caused by a shift in the slab which broke the pipe, see a problem caused and made difficult to repair by the slab itself, I just disconnected the pipe at both ends and ran a new one through the attic crawlspace and down the walls.
