What trick CAN'T you learn after learning the ollie?! This question is a little too vague. Basically, if you have just learned to ollie then you probably should try doing a kickflip next, and that is just the flatland part of it. Vert is a whole different thing. But anyways, basically you are open to be able to do anything after learning how to ollie. But i would start with the kickflip.

You can learn flip tricks like the kickflip, heelflip, varial kickflips/heelflips, 360 flips. There are a whole bunch that you can learn. I learnt how to ollie and then started doing kickflips and heelflips.

My first suggestion would be to learn it switch(rolling backwards),then 180 fs or bs.Those pretty much set up every other variation after that..

after i learnt to ollie, i was grinding like crazy. =D but it takes a while to get good at grinding, i'd suggest trying stalls first. then goin to grinds. grinds are the BEST way to get sponsered... so i've heard. lolz. but me bein from a small town, its pretty hard to get any attention.

Ollie is what most tricks are based on so you could go for a pop shove-it or try some kick-flips, but ollieing over things off of things and that sort of thing is a good step. Most people learn to ollie stationary. Try an ollie while moving if you haven't.
