Yes, such books exist. In 2009, Mark Edward Davis published "Mastering the Adventure of International Dating: Real Answers and Straight Talk for Gen Y-ers, Gen X-ers and Boomers to Finding Romance in Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia."
