    If he's already ejaculated one or two times recently, then he just doesn't have any left for you. Sadly to say, a guy doesn't have an endless supply. Once we've taken it all we have to wait two or three days for them to get another nice supply for us.

    It is also possible to have a dry orgasm. What seems to be necessary for this to occur is that as orgasm approaches, stimulation (movement) is stopped just short of the "point of no return", after which there will be a series of spasms, but no cum.
    After this, the refractory period is very short; most guys will stay hard and can continue sex immediately. The equivalent of a male multiple orgasm. (It can be repeated as long as the guy's will power can hold out.)

    Other possibilities include retrograde ejaculation (something is wrong with the prostate, commonplace after prostate surgery, and usually permanent) or there isn't much cum in the tank, or he's faking it. OR, he hasn't done this before, thinks he's cumming, but actually isn't. That would be unusual, unless he's very young.

    Maybe his orgasms are a little on the weak side. Perhaps he does ejaculate, and you don't feel it. Its too little and it trickles out rather than shoots out.
    On the other hand he might be faking an orgasm, in which case he might be ejaculating through masturbation. If he is faking, then YOU have something to worry about.
