Help answer this question below.

I downloaded music to my mp3 player1226 but the mp3 player says that it has no files and will not play any music.When I hook the player back up it says on the computer that it has the songs on the mp3 player but I still can not hear them and i

    Gone.

    Is the music you are downloading to your player actually in mp3 format. Standard mp3 players will not play other file types of music.
    Check the file extension and see it it says ".mp3" if it doesn't, this is likely the problem.

    Try changing the file extention or type by right-clicking the file name and choose properties.
    For example : .MP3 or .wma
