One cant loose weight without doing "anything". Try a diet that suits your lifestyle, but the most important thing to remember is that loosing weight takes time. If you stick to a diet/exercise plan that works for you, you WILL see results just dont give up on yourself!!! Many people have suggested walking, thats great too any exercise is important to loosing weight. For me, sugar and carbs are a no-no, and i excercise 5-6 days a week. it works if you stick with it, and once you see results you will want to stick with it. Hope i helped.
Counting calories is a good way to become aware of what you eat. Here's a calorie counting site that is easy and fun.
Obviously you need to reduce your calorie intake but you need exercise as well. Try to find ways of getting more exercise without going to a gym: take brisk walks, park farther away so you'll have to walk farther, take the stairs instead of the elevator. The most important thing is discipline. Remember that keeping the weight off means to remain vigilant.
i mean those are the ways you lose weight...its not magic...if you become motivated i highly recommend the P90X workout, its easy to do, doesnt take up much time, you can do it at home and my brother lost 60 pounds on it and looks better than ever. also the abs diet works very well with it.
Limit your calorie and carbs intake. Reduce your salts and stop drinking sodas and alcohol.
