With the monster relocation patch, Thara frogs have been moved from their usual spot in Byalan Island to Comodo's Beach Dungeon. Warp to Comodo Town and go to the warp at the right to get there.

or the another way is just to go to the sunken ship(where you can found a pirate skeleton. go in to sunken ship and move up and there will be a portal and right side there will be another portal go in and you wukk found a alot of pirate skeleton and alot of thara frog and thara frog drops a thara frog card my 0.01% chance
