Really I dont think you should because if somethaning happens like you pull a muscle or something your cold could become somthing more for now just take it easy and rest when you get betta then you can do what you like.
Probably wouldn't be very effective as your body is concentrating most of it's energy on fighting the illness. it will prioritise this over recovering from any workout that you do, so it wouldn't benefit you as much (if at all) as it would when you're healthy.
No. That defeats the purpose of recuperation; rest awhile, the workout is there to stay anytime you're feeling fancy-free and ok.
you should workout at home, that way you still can get it in and not have to worry about the dirty looks from other people in the gym when you sneeze. who can really lay around for days waiting to get better? the increase in body heat might kill the germs faster!!!
