The fact of the matter is that practically any larger-than-stock aftermarket system is going to perform about the same on an otherwise unmodified Honda Civic. For example, K2's N1-style exhaust is made of T-304 stainless steel, weighs a svelte 16 pounds and rings in at around $150 (retail price as of 2010). There's little sense in spending five times as much for another system almost identical in function. 5Zigen's ProRacer ZZ A-Spec exhaust is one of the most thoroughly tested and best available in 2010, but it is also one of the most expensive (around $950 retail as of March 2010). 5Zigen's kit comes with mandrel-bent tubes, a raspy silencer and an Inconel exhaust tip. Inconel is more heat resistant than titanium, and turns a stunning blue-black when heated. Be realistic about what you need, and spend the money where it counts. If all you're after is a good-flowing system and blue tip, you'd be better off purchasing a $200 exhaust system and an Inconel exhaust tip. However, if you're looking for race-spec flow on a 400 horsepower turbo monster, then you might want to step up to something a little more serious. And skip the full-titanium exhaust; it's a waste of money and sound likes garbage. Honda Tuning Magazine: Exhaust TechOn One Hand: K2 is Cheap and Effective.
On the Other: 5Zigen is Race-Proven.
