Got a question about MS Access 2003 described below...

Over the past few years, I've been reading old magazines of websites(2000-2003) of a discontinued magazine. As I read it, I listed some of my favorite possible sites. I started a Database in MS Access 2003. In this database, it held a bunch of fields, the title, the link itself, if the link works or not works, etc. While i created a Report for each of these, is there a way to weed out certain results where both items are checked. When both are checked, and I add a query where both fields are true, it displays all my fields that have these boxes checked, whether they are true or not. When I create the query for false, it doesn't list any, period.

It sounds as though you have a Yes/No field for "Link Works" and another Yes/No field for "Link Doesn't Work", when you only really need one - checked if it works and clear if it doesn't. I can't understand how you would have a situation where both would be checked (if the design is the way I understand).

All you need to select only those links that work is to put "Yes" (no quotes) in the Criteria row, beneath the "Link Works" column in Query Design.

If I have mistaken what you mean leave a comment with a full description of your fields and I'll try again.
