    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

Ministers and other church employees must pay income tax if they were paid $108.28 or more from a church or an eligible church-related organization that's exempt from paying employer Social Security or Medicare taxes. Any separate Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is non-taxable.
