An interesting corollary to this question might be "What percentage of the population is living off those who pay income taxes?"
I saw this on FOX Sunday a while back. Someone asked "If it was fair that 10% of the people pay 95% of the taxes?" The answer was "Yes, because that 10% make 95% of the money."

I may have the % wrong. But the person who asked the question did not rebuke the answer.
I dunno. I ain't a Right Wingnutter (thank the FSM for that!). Why don't you ask yourself that question? I'm sure you can come with an answer that involves Socialism, death panels and deregulation, all in the same sentence.
I've no idea why Rich folks continue to insist on exporting well paying American jobs overseas, and then complain about the only jobs left, are theirs.
