To establish a Logistic company one should have already an education pointing in that direction, meaning an understanding of mathematics, putting time frames into relation with manufacturing or deliveries. If this is not the case, Yes, it would be advisable to hire at least one person with a logistic background, who can think "logically" and can handle this kind of software.
