All I'm seeing is "Starting salary that year was atleast $5 an hour above any of my more experienced colleagues." and that was referring to a pharmacist position. The lowest minimum wage in the US right now is $5.15/hr, and in Michigan it's $6.95/hr going up to $7.15/hr in July.
