Help answer this question below.

I'm Canadian and my fiance is from the U.S. we will be getting married as soon as my divorce is final.We will be getting married in the U.S. and he owns his own business .We will be working together in his place of business. Do I still need a green card?

    Yes, I would say that you should still works towards obtaining your green card that way you will have easier travel back and forth if you decide to return to your country, or others for that matter. It will make it much easier. I know that once you come into the country and marry a citizen, they still look badly upon you going and coming, even though you may have family in your country, until you are considered a resident. I hope this helps!
