Ever seen a blind person use the panels of braille on elevators, rest rooms etc...?

I'm all for helping the blind in anyway we can...I'm just curious.

    My favorite is the braille on the drive up ATM machines.

    There not really there for blind people to use. They are there to remind others that blind people exist and that they should be considerate and helpful, should the need arise.
