    AT LEAST TWICE at a minimum & I use a Sonicare instead of a manual toothbrush. I'm also a floss fanatic !!

    3-4 Times a day. I floss twice a day too!

    I am a clean freak. Every inch of me has to be clean. LOL! Yeah, and I hate germs. I can't use public bathrooms or touch doorknobs ot open public doors.

    Sometimes I even carry a can of lysol with me.

    I'm a freak, I know. Haha!
