Question

Help answer this question below.

Why do people play serious , harmful , 'mind games'? couples, spouses, teens with their parents, friends, etc. I see as SELFISH? Thoughts?

I just never have been one to do this...and I am always just totally sickened by this bad behavior, most especially when its a parent pitting a child against another parent......WHY?
i can reason its only to 'acheive' their OWN bad ,selfish goals, and not an ounce of shame....

They are miserable, and to make themselves feel better, they hurt others.

I have a sister like this. She drives me nuts. I have to take her in small doses and distant myself from her. She will suck you in and not even know it.
Any relationship she is in is a bad one. She will meet a awesome guy and be fake to real him thenscrew him all up. The last guy she was with I tried to warn him but he ignored me. He got her pregnant. "OH SHIT" the end.
She goes on these fits (unexpected no one really knows what triggers them) But she destroys everything in her path physically.
I first noticed her head problems when we were in middle school I started getting enemies out of no where. Turns out she would make up these crazy lies to get people to want to hurt me. I dont understand why. I use to protect her!
She will to this day put herself in messed up situations (on purpose) to get others to feel sorry for her. If you dont know any better you will fall for it and you are in for a ride. She makes up things and exaggerates. I dont understand why she does it.
She is not smart (book wise) and is a felon. She just looking for attention.
She wants to be taken care of yet she is so abussive (in everyway).
This is just the tip of the ice burg.
    Sorry so long.
People like this just have head problems. They dont like them selves and need attention. I dont think they even fully understand it either. Cause everytime the world crashes on her she is like "Why is this happening to me, I didnt do anything"
I look at her and say "What! are you kidding"
I have heard there is one in every family. My husband has one in his family too.
So it doesnt affect your life I can suggest distance.

I don't see why people do that either. It never made sense to me. My Dad used to try to use me and my brother against my Mum, and it was horrible. The things people say to one another are just downright cruel some times. I can't understand that need to hurt people that way. I've been through some lousy things in my life, but I wouldn't wish or project that sort of pain on even my worst enemy let alone someone near and dear to me. It's unfair, and you're right it's selfish.

    This is just terrible..
Some people in my opinion in this world never believe they're going
to be a successful intellectual "anything" in this world..so they despair
than they do they're best to be a successful emotional "anything"
in this world even if its aquired by self centered and devious means.
