If u Got Conditional Discharge Form Of Probation From Old Charges In Mun Court But Just Got Charged Wit Somethin In Sup Court y Would The Mun Court Send u A Court Date?
Conditional + Probation means that on condition that you stay good you can remain discharged. If you get caught again you go back to jail on the first charge, and can be tried for the second charge. Why can't you stay straight?
It means that if you are caught again you'll go to jail on the first charge--and be charged for the second charge.

Sometimes it seems more money is spent protecting the guilty than defending the innocent. Money talks and justice walks? Why allow it?
