I've just bought a Sansui 512MB MP3 player but I can't install it."Search latest driver for this device" doesn't come up on the screen as stated in the installation instructions. I can find the CD on My Computer,but can't do anything with it.Please help!

  I have a Sanui San20084 multimedia player. I can't charge it, open folder to view files on my PC, Cannot copy music onto it, says "Cannot find file, make sure you...",says it has 0bytes storage, screen orientation is unchangable. Whats with these things?
