I don't see Rage being the angriest. I'd say that's more a job for Manson, Slayer, or even Cannibal Corpse.
Manson is by far the most culturally driven as far as angst goes, or at least in my opinion.
Slayer paved the way for angry bands.
Cannibal Corpse is just, well, they're... There's not even a word for what those guys do.

Slipknot isn't soo bad, lol, I've seen them live. Didn't see anyone get peed on.
Corey Taylor (singer of Slipknot/Stone Sour) is probably one of the most depressed and frustrated artists out there though. The anger shows through in Slipknot, the depression shows through in Stone Sour. Either band is awesome when you feel lousy.
