    there is free counseling available. Most cities also have anonymous support groups for people who are suffering with this. You are not the only one. It takes a very strong person to admit they have a porn addiction, so you are ready to go into this battle.

    Call a therapy clinic and ask where yo can find free services of this nature (you can call anonymously if you like)
