yes acctually they can anyone under the age of 18 may get married with BOTH parents concent...BOTH parents must agree on the fact that apperently the 22 year old and the 15 year old love each other enough to get married. but it is unlikly that BOTH parents would agree with the situation.
Imo, marry is much more past than it is old
I highly doubt that any judge would permit it. It borders on pedophilia, if it is not actually downright pedophilia. No judge is going to allow that. He or she would be ripped to shreds in the press, at the very least. So the answer would be "fat chance".
I doubt it and any parent that would allow it is no parent.
