    engineer is Terminator

The question is incomplete.Empirical formulas are calculated with regard to percentage of composition, but when you define 20.11 percentage and the rest should be 79.89 instead of 78.89%, but the question is % by what? By mass or by composition?

    20:11% of Hydrogen = 20 moles oh H

    79.89 of Carbon = 79.89/12 =6.6575 moles of C

So the ratio comes dowm to 3:1
Hence, the Empirical formula is CH3
