Depends on where you live but let's see:
1)Horseback riding where you can stop and have a romantic picnic
2)To the beach (depending on your area) with same said picnic
    3)Camping is always fun
4)Go to a dinner theater - you don't have to drink alcohol

I'll try to think of others

Pack a picnic meal. Fried chicken and a salad of some sort, add his favorite desert and maybe have some yummy treats to snack on, ie....cookies, fruit or different candies. You can go anywhere. Maybe to the spot that you first met or the place where he first asked you out. Bring a radio to play some music and enjoy each others company. Have fun!!

You could take him to the spa if he is into that kindof thing.

If he's into electronics then take him to GameWorks or your local arcade. I don't know anyone who doesn't enjoy GameWorks. It's challenging, fun, and he gets a little chance to show off to you a little which would make him feel good :)

If he is over 18 (depending on the laws where you are) you could go to a shooting range. My husband and I did this for our 10th anniversary and it was a blast! Oh, pun intended.

I've always cooked for my men like my mama always said a way to a mans heart is through his stomach and honey if you can cook you can keep any man but really a nice quiet romantic meal by yourselves followed by a sexy bubble bath will have any man feeling good

Maybe you could volunteer to help out at the local food bank.

If that doesn't sound interesting, how about you arrange with your parents to be somewhere else, and invite him over for a home cooked meal that you cook together.

Where did you go on your very first date? Go back to it and reminisce.........(sit and talk about how you met and how you got together) If you already have a good assortment of pictures...put a little scrapbook or photo album together and present it...

you could go on a hike in the woods/national park.
they are always fun. while on your hike you can sing
songs and talk that is the best.
that way you are doing something atcive.
