I can trust them with money and to tell the truth but I can't trust them to keep their rooms clean without being told to. In fact I don't completely trust them to do any of their chores without being told or not to break the house down when nobody's looking. I'm working on it and hopefully I'll have them ready by the time they're adults. Of course I am as trustworthy as a judge. I can't prove it to you so you're just going to trust me on that, Rosie. ? ;-)

No one is trustworthy until they are at least 25.

No kids, wouldn't trust them if I did. You can't trust me, not even I can.

But I do have trust issues.

Yes and yes. Most definitely on both counts.
Moreover, I believe that if you trust someone, they will repay your trust and prove themselves worthy of your trust. I shall keep trusting a person until s/he proves herself otherwise. Never mind what price I have to pay.

I think you need to have experience with children first to know if you trustworthy or not!
