Is the Vicks Vapo-rub treatment used to treat toenail fungus safe to use on children as young as 3 years of age?

    It should be safe. However, this requires consistent application along with debridement of the nails for at least 6-8 months to have a chance of it working. You have about less than 10-15% that it'll work. If you see no appreciable change, go see your nearest podiatrist for a work-up.
