No, I haven't. Depending on where you live, there is probably a small increase in chlorination because the weather is colder, making the resevoir colder. I'm taking a chemistry course, so I know that cold water dissolves chlorine better than warm or hot water. I'm assuming you're talking about the winter holidays. If you're not, then i hate no idea why there's more chlorine.
