The person who quoted these as Henry's last words was a Roman Catholic himself, so they may or may not be Henry's actual last words. The implication is that Henry was raving on his deathbed, wracked by guilt for his dissolution of the monasteries and the torturing to death of many of the monks -- particularly the Carthusians of the Charterhouse -- and that all his worldly glories (many of which, in this author's opinion, were stolen from the Church) were now being stripped from him. Similar stories were told of his funeral, e.g., that blood ran out of his coffin and immediately a number of street dogs ran forward to lick it up.

It means that when he beheaded or divorced his wife, he still had the monks there to fulfill his 'needs', he was in love with a monk, his wife was in love with a monk, he especially loved the orgies organized by monks? I give up.

Henry VIII help establish the Protestant faith in Britain and if you belonged to the Church of Rome, it wasn't a good time to be a monk.
