Tell me about a time when you had to use your presentation skills to influence someone's opinion

    I will use my answer as "a time when...". Okay, tell ME when YOU did NOT use presentation, skilled or not, to influence another's opinion...or in any OTHER situation when communicating! "Presentation" is the natural component to communicating at all. For example, a person who must stand in front of their class to read an essay on, say, the war in Afghanistan, has had little or no training in presentation, stands rigid and speaks in monotone, still "presents". I will concede that aquired presentation "skills" are essential to the art of persuasion. Even so, whether we are speaking on an abstract level or even an academic level, our desire is to persuade while our natural action is presentation. Bottom line? No one can NOT answer the question! So, tell me, how has my presentation here influenced your opinion or has it at all?! (no sarcasm intended)
