The difference between Adobe CS4 full and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) is that one is legal and one is illegal. If you purchased an "OEM" version from eBay or another non-Adobe website, it is most likely illegal. OEM versions are not for resale. Be sure to check with Adobe before installing this software. When you purchase a new computer, you may have the option to "add" or "upgrade" your Adobe software. This software would be considered OEM. However, it cannot be sold separately for installment on other computers. You can purchase software from overseas sellers for a significantly cheaper cost; however, this is illegal and you will not be able to update the software. Such software is only licensed for use in those foreign countries. If you think you might have purchased OEM or other pirated software, contact Adobe at piracy@adobe.com before you install it and then find out that your software will not work. Businesses and college students can purchase Adobe software at discounted prices. Adobe also offers trial downloads to give you the option of trying the software before you buy.Purchased With Computers
