  • wake them up! >:)
  • you don't, wear ear plugs
  • you don't, wear ear plugs
  • I sure as hell don't know, but if you find out, can you tell me? My husband is driving me nuts with his snoring too! lol!
  • I've seen some spray on TV, but I can't remember the name.
  • A sleep study test will be needed to diagnose the issue. From there there are medications, strips and even machines that can help people with snoring problems. The problem with sprays, strips and other OTC applications is that there are several causes for snoring and if you don't know the cause you can't actually fix it.
  • Actually the ear plugs are not a bad idea. The first year of dating my husband I had to wear them when he slept over because his snoring drove me nutts! Then I slowly got use to it. We have tried the nasal strips and also a throat spray (for snoring) but they didn't work. When his snoring gets really bad I budge him with my foot or arm, it doesn't wake him completely up but it stops him for a couple of minutes then he starts up again. Also seems like he snores less when he sleeps on his stomach. You might want to tell your partner to roll over on his/her stomach see if that works. If all else fails a pillow I'm sure will do the trick j/k :)
  • There is a throat spray, we have tried it and it worked for us. I can't remember the name but it is a name brand sold in drug stores for about $12. Good luck.
  • pls, im going nuts 2. i cant sleep in same room with my boyfriend anymore. his snore is killing me. got everything what was in chemist, sprays and so on, nothing helps. dono what to do next. thats really bad. somebody HELP...
  • Get them to stick on BreatheRight strips or get the nasal spray. They help stuffed noses caused from allergies and colds and also stop snoring. I had a stuffed nose and it helped PLUS stopped my snoring More info: http://www.breatheright.com/
  • You can't. Just sleep in your own room, like I do, It's a nicer room too, balcony and everything.
  • Do not, I repeat DO NOT kill them!!! I tried this method and then thanks to our wonderful court system, I now have a new partner that snores in his sleep. He is not a big overbearing man but he makes me call him Captain and insists on calling me Shirley. We have some trust issues to work out so for now, I don't really want to approach him about his snoring. If you come up with anything I would be willing to try it out so long as it doesn't involve anything sharp or aerosol. They are kinda picky about that sort of thing.
  • try the sprays and the strips, if that does'nt work, earplugs and nudging (my approach!) might hold you off until you can get him/her to a doctor to try and figure it out. ( if it's THAT bad that is!!) Good luck!
  • Elbow him or roll him over.
  • Wear ear-plugs :)
  • sleep in another room
  • use duct tape ... works every time ... LoLz ... ^_^

  • nasal spray, nose strips, have him sleep on his side, or go to the doctor
  • Could be weight related... but first see if him sleeping in a different position stops him from snoring.
  • I have the nose strips that some athletes wear help the nasal passages to remain open and should cut down snoring.

  • 1. You can pat him!! so that temporary it stops. 2. You can prevent him to sleep on his back. 3. Consult a Doctor!!!
  • You could put a pillow over his like I did to my husband! Or tell him to go to the doctor like a good caring partner should to get checked WHY your partner is snoring, they may recommend a sleep study to see what happens, some people use cpap masks, some can wear a little clip on their nose some wear a chin strap that keeps the airway open to breath more efficient. By the way I could still hear my husband under the pillow, and he has since got a cpap machine because I ordered him to go to the doctors, he has since been diagnosed with sleep apnoea.
  • Shoot her in the head! My ex partner in New Zealand snored so much it made the windows rattle. The guy who lived next to us asked me one morning "What was all that noise last night?" I told him "That's the missus!" and he said "it sounded like a train crashing!" We tried almost everything but nothing ever worked. I nearly killed a guy who sold us some herbal remedy that he said would work. The only affect it had was to take money from my pocket. I doubt if you will find an answer to that one but i wish you the best!
  • I snored like a Grizzly Bear, I had the DR write a perscription so I could go to a sleep center. They gave me a CPAP. It took a while to get used to it but I dont snore anymore and I dont wake up all night long. It was worth it.
  • A frying pan to the head might do it?
  • Sleep in a seperate bed room. WOrks for me.
  • Get Breathe Right strips or just deal with it.
  • Sleep strips or surgery not too much else will work.
  • There are many different reasons that people snore. Being overweight can be a factor, but many times people erroneously jump to the conclusion that this is the only factor at play. Many people who are not overweight snore because of relaxed throat muscles. Other times snoring can be caused by congestion in the nasal passages and sinuses, consuming alcohol before bed, or eating a large meal before going to sleep. I've heard of programs that help you stop snoring by completing a few short minutes of breathing and throat exercises each night. I've never tried it myself, but I know of people who swear that it works. To find out more about the causes of snoring and how it can be prevented or stopped I recommend visiting the blog listed below as a source. • Your partner can get laser treatment that reshapes the flap that makes you snore.
  • A pillow and a bad arguement before you go to bed would probably do the trick :-)
