The GS had cloth seats with power adjustments for the driver only. The LS model had a fully leather-trimmed interior, and both the driver and front passenger seats were power-adjusted.
The GS had steel wheels with faux chrome wheel covers. The LS had alloy wheels.
The LS model had fog lights, automatic climate control, an armrest in the rear seat, a rearview mirror that dimmed automatically, heated side mirrors and Homelink, which allows owners to program the car to operate devices such as garage door openers.
Options that were available on the LS but not the GS included a moon roof, heated seats and a six-CD changer. The LS Palm Beach Edition included luxury accents such as chrome trim and embroidered seats.
The GS trim level was dropped for the 2009 model year, leaving the LS as the only available Grand Marquis.
