Help answer this question below.
First of all, if he's infertile, then he won't be getting you pregnant. If he's just got a low sperm count or inactive sperm, this is a different case. Pregnancy is still possible.
If you don't know which is the case, then you BOTH should be examined. Him to determine which is the case and you to determine whether or not you might also have problems.
Second, take the time to learn about your own fertility cycle. Google "natural family planning", as these techniques revolve around an intimate understanding of your fertility cycle and when conception can and cannot occur. Planning many of your sexual exploits during the periods when you are most likely to become pregnant is a smart idea. And you don't need a doctor to tell you this, so it doesn't cost you any money.
If it turns out that you cannot conceive naturally, then other methods are available...and you'll need to see your doctor for these.
Good luck!
You should straightway book an appointment with a Doctor at an infertility clinic near to you.
First start taking vitamins for pregnant women. This has been told to me 3 different times by 3 different doctors. I have three kids. Sex all the time with lots of passion and fun. After sex lay with your behind elevated on a pillow for a bit. Make sure you and your husband don't feel pressured to reproduce.. these things happen at the most random of times...I do not care what a fertility monitor might say...and if it's been more than a year of trying both of you go to a feritility specialist and get checked out. Best of luck, I know how important it is to want a child. Sorry that all those rude people spoke to you like that. Totally uncalled for and just plain cruel. Keep your head up!
Open your legs and let me try.
First of all. . . . . . .only YOU. . . . .the F-E-M-A-L-E. . . . . .can get PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!! It's a "personal peeve" of mine when couples say, "WE'RE trying to get pregnant"! Betcha he doesn't want any part of the "WE" during D-E-L-I-V-E-R-Y! G*ddamnit that term just IRKS THE HELL OUT OF ME!
And if he's infertile. . . . . .BOING. . . . . .how the hell are BOTH of you going to get pregnant. Sounds like a route for either "in vitro fertilization" or. . . . ahem!. . . . . .ADOPTION!
GEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ! What part of INfertile AREN'T you getting???????????????????
What exactly would you like me to do? Have the kid for you?
If he is infertile then you basically have one choice and that is artificial insemination.
I just found out that green peas eaten in large quantities can act as a natural contraceptive. So if you are trying to conceive, avoid green peas.
Also there is something called Fertility Yoga, that is yoga postures to increase fertility in women. There is a video available.
Neither of these suggestions will help your husband's fertility rate, but they won't hurt your chances either.
Sorry you got so many unhelpful answers malkia - I hope you get some useful info out of all this. I have heard that in-vitro fertilization can increase the chances of conception in cases like yours - they would take an egg from you and mix his semen with it, so that there are a lot more of his sperm that come in contact with the egg than if you just leave it to the natural process. The risk there is that unhealthy sperm could fertilize your egg, that never could have made it to the egg when it was in your body. I don't know how big the problems could be from that. A fertility expert could be more helpful in that. Also, for them to collect eggs from you, I believe you have to take lots of hormones, which is painful. And the whole process is very expensive.
I don't know if they do any procedures like inserting his sperm into your uterus or fallopian tube, so they don't have to swim the whole way. That sounds like it could be less invasive and cheaper.
Ask your doctor if there is such a thing.
you all r in considerate jerks only two of you actually care about anyone besides your self i love him and we want a kid that's both of ares alright and maybe i should have put something besides infertile because we have been to a doctor and he can get me pregnant it just not very likely i was just hopeing maybe some of u had any tips on that
