Love IS what's left after the passion fades. It's such an awesome thing. Passion ebbs and flows as well. When you think it is gone, it will re-emerge unexpectedly. What a treat!
Lots of people start out with months of staring into each other's eyes over champagne and strawberries. It's all "giddy" and exciting. The truly lucky ones get to stare into each other's eyes in bathrobes with no makeup over oatmeal, coffee, kids and a pile of bills.
