okay, something that i've found with talking to people when it has the potential to be awkward, it's only awkward if YOU make it awkward, doesn't usually matter what you say, it's how you say it

If somebody wants you, they are going to try to find a way to get you. He may need time to think depending on the reason why you broke up with him. For whatever that reason is that made him tell you that he needs time to think, he is probably wondering is it worth getting back into this relationship to have the same thing happen over again? Or should he give it a second hand to see what better may happen the next time around? Don't call, don't text, don't send numerous emails or communication of any kind. That is only going to make it worse.

WOW, I think this is called 'how many times can i asked the same question!' Truely you only need to ask once! wait for people to answer.

You stuffed him up, you can't always have what you want. If he doesn't want you back, nothing you can say or do is going to get him back. Do as he asks, give him space. The more you push and be desperate, he will go the other way!

Well, start with "I'm sorry" and continue with "I love you" is always a goo way to go.

If ya wanna do something out thier show up at his place with a bag of his favorite chips, his favorite soda or beer or what ever the stuff to make his favorite sandwich...btw you'll still need the "I'm sorry" "I love you"

honesty is the only way - lay your cards on the table, he will either be delighted or will snub you, but its the best way of finding out?

sorry to say but if he's anything like me there is nothing you can say. I don't see any reason to get back together wth someone who has already dumped me once

Oh, god, if people just treated people as people instead of objects and stop making and breaking relationships we could all go on about our lives.
There are so many problems, I do not see why relationships have to be one of them.
That's how I see it right now. That will change, next time I have a relationship problem.
