There is nothing to fear from calling their 800 number and posing the hypothetical question to them. By the way, if you do the pool without insurance, it would be a nightmare if anyone got hurt or drowned. I assume you realize that is why you need insurance to cover things if you get that pool. Otherwise millions of dollars in lawsuits could come your way if God forbid something terrible happened.
