Question

Help answer this question below.

I have a 1997 Mercury Mountaineer. The electric door lock system is working slow. When I push the button to lock all doors, it is slow to lock, and sometimes I have to push it 2-3 times to lock the doors. Any suggestions on how to repair. Frank

i have a 1998 explorer. the locks on 1/2 of the doors don't even work. I suggest you just take it to the dealer, or someone who knows how to replace the broken, or worn parts..
