No,because you still said no
of course there is the possibility of losing, your acting like you want it, but are acting two-faced about
I'm no legal expert, but I certainly hope not. Text messages or not, there is no excuse for rape. Period.
There is a possibility of losing.
no but they shouldnt act like such a whore in the first place.
rape is horrible, but sometimes, as bad as it is to say, some girls press their luck to see what would happen. they act promiscuous. some wear basically underwear in public, or send dirty messages, etc, then wonder
"why has this horrible thing happened to me!!!!"
Oh gee they just have no idea why its happened to them.
while no means NO you cant keep offering a dog a bone then taking it away every time he goes for it. while good dogs would give up and not even try anymore, some of the bad ones out there will just get sick and tired of it and go ahead and bite your ass.
Ignore Sntrada. A person cannot lose this case. It does not matter what they did on a phone, the fact remains that another person forced themselves physically on the victim without their consent.
It's like asking if a husband will get off for murder because his wife dared him to do it. In the end, it was the rapist who made the final decision, not the victim.
Hmm, tough one. Personally I think it doesn't matter how you dress, what you've said while flirting, what kinds of interactions you've had with the attacker previously - if you don't want a sexual encounter and someone forces it on you, then the attacker is wrong, and has committed a crime. Unfortunately, this is not always the conclusion that happens in court. I would check out the legal precedents in your local court system to get a better idea.
well have you heard about a story that a girlfriend send her boyfreind some naked pictures of her self so one night she send a voice mail screaming at him and broke up with him so he got relly mad and sended the naked pictures of her to all his friends and she decided to put charges so he got arrested and got put as a sexual offender even though she send them
It does not matter if you sent him dirty messages, if he took sex from you without your consent!!!! Will it make for a compelling trial, sure, but 95% of these cases do not go to trial!! Think about what you are getting ready to do and if you do not have any evidence other then your word, it is very hard to make a case, unless you are a white girl and he is a black kid!!!!
you will most likely loss, because he can use the messages against you to suggest that you two were involved and he did no rape you. If you had a medical extermination after the rape, then you would win with a medical proof at your side.
Are you a "rape supporter"

You're reading If you try to get someone arrested for raping you but you had sent them dirty text messages, will you most likely lose the case?
