Why is it that after losing weight steadily I can't seem to lose anymore? Is there anything I can do to lose more weight?

    You, my friend, have reached a plateau. This is the archnemesis of all dieters. Things to do to get off a plateau:

    1) Eat more. Sounds crazy, but sometimes eating more for a day or two, then going back to the diet will confuse your body into thinking there's more good food coming, so your body can afford to lose more weight.
    2) Exercise more. Not as much fun as eating more, but it can often be just as effective.
    3) Eat different foods. Often, when you're on a diet, you fall into a rut of having the same thing for breakfast every day. And the same thing for lunch. And the same snack. And sometimes even 2 or 3 rotating dinner dishes all the time. Try something different that stays within your calorie/carb/fat/protein counts.
    4) Try different exercise. You've been going great on the treadmill, now it's time to get out there and actually pound some pavement. The active seeking of good footing and negotiating traffic will add to the exercise. Or you could try something completely different and go roller skating. Similar muscle groups, but completely different balance needed.

    Keep at it, and your weight loss should start back up again.
