Take b12 and keep saltines around
I think the most important thing is it has to be something that can sit on your bedside table and ride around in your purse without spoiling. I never had morning sickness, but I had a friend who suffered terribly. She said the key was to get something bland in your stomach several minutes BEFORE you stood up. After that, it was a matter of keeping something there, usually be eating a cracker every half hour or so. She said it is always worst when your stomach is empty, so you must never let it get totally empty. She was a labor and delivery nurse, by the way.
Eat bread, it helps
crackers and cheerios and plain wheat bread not toasted ( my wife says )
My sister is pregnant and she says those preg pops help with the nausea….she always keeps suckers around.
a slice of bread, it always works with upset stomicks, but i dont know if it works with morning sickness since morning sickness has something to do with the harmones
popsicles otter pops
saltine crackers.....:)
bANANNAS

I have had nausea for one week. I am not due to start for another week or so. I am tired and my face has a new friend that will not go away.. My Kids are 14,12, so it has been a long time for this. Hopeful to find out that this is somthing else.

I'm 9 weeks pregnant. In the last 4 days nausea has stopped + breasts are no longer painful. Still have mild abdo twinges that I've had since day 1 (growing pains) and i'm tired. I'm scared something is wrong. Is it normal for symptoms to disappear?
