You said he's shy right?? He probably is scared to go out anywhere. I was shy at one point and some one asked me out I said yes and did the same thing he's doing. I did what he did because I was afraid. You both probably see it as Rejection. He is probably thinking the same thing you are. YOU HAVE TO MAKE A MOVE FAST OR ELSE YOU CAN LOOSE HIM!!

Well yea Valentines day will be perfect or tomorrow. Just know you kind of have to move fast. Not to fast because you can scare the poor kid and remember he is Shy. So go easy.
